In a museum, there are many frames,
With beautiful pictures of all shapes and names.
The colors are bright, the details are fine,
A feast for the eyes, a joy to the mind.

A kid walks in, with a smile on his face,
He sees the pictures, and his eyes light up with grace.
He runs from frame to frame,
Taking in all the beauty, feeling no shame.

The pictures tell stories, of lands far and wide,
Of people and animals, of joy and of pride.
The kid is transported, to a world of his own,
Where anything is possible, and dreams are fully grown.

He laughs and he learns, as he gazes at the art,
And when he leaves, he takes a piece of it in his heart.
For the museum is a place of wonder and delight,
Where a kid can be happy, and his imagination can take flight.
